DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the 2nd Amateur Bake Off at the Library! We're thril
 led to have you participate in this fun and delicious event. Below are the
  rules and instructions to ensure a fair and enjoyable competition for all
  participants:\n\n1. Eligibility:\n\n 	The competition is open to amateur 
 bakers of all ages.\n 	Participants must register in advance to secure a s
 pot in the competition.\n\n2. Entry Requirements:\n\n 	Participants may su
 bmit one baked item.\n 	All baked goods must be homemade. No store-bought 
 items are allowed.\n\n3. Presentation:\n\n 	Baked goods should be presente
 d on a disposable or non-returnable platter or tray.\n 	Participants are e
 ncouraged to include a label or tag with the name of the baked item and an
 y relevant allergen information.\n\n4. Judging:\n\n 	Judging criteria will
  include taste\, presentation and\, creativity.\n 	Judges' decisions are f
 inal.\n\n5. Tasting and Voting:\n\n 	After judging\, attendees will have t
 he opportunity to taste the baked goods and vote for their favorite entry 
 for the "People's Choice" award.\n\n6. Prizes:\n\n 	Prizes will be awarded
  for categories:  Best Taste\, Best Presentation\, Most Creative\, and Pe
 ople's Choice.\n\n7. Clean-Up:\n\n 	Participants are responsible for helpi
 ng clean up after the event.\n\n8. Have Fun:\n\n 	Most importantly\, have 
 fun and enjoy the experience of sharing your baked creations with others!\
