24/7 Wi‑Fi Access
Our Wi‑Fi is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — even when the library is closed. You can connect from outside the building, including our front steps, making it easy to stay connected anytime you need.
Colorado Resource Sharing (Interlibrary Loan)
Looking for a book we don’t own? We can usually get it for you.
Through the Colorado Resource Sharing program (formerly Interlibrary Loan), we can request materials from libraries across the state — often delivering them in about a week. This service expands access to thousands of books, audiobooks, and other materials at no additional cost to you.
Community Food Pantry
The Silverton Public Library proudly hosts a free community food pantry for anyone who needs it.
- Shelf‑stable, non‑perishable food items
- Refrigerator and freezer for cold and frozen items
- No library card required
- No questions asked
- Always free and open to all

Our community bulletin board is available for local nonprofit organizations to post events, meetings, and community opportunities.

Meeting & Work Spaces
We offer free space for individuals and groups:
- Small private work room — close the door for meetings, phone calls, tutoring, or focused work
- Large downstairs meeting space— available for community groups, clubs, workshops, and gatherings at no cost
