Join us at the Silverton Public Library on October 15th from 4:00-5:00 PM for a fun Halloween Costume Exchange! Drop off your gently used costumes anytime from October 1st-15th, then come back to find a new-to-you costume. All ages are welcome, and costumes are completely free! It’s a great way to recycle and refresh your Halloween look while helping the community.
